Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. We accept returns/exchanges for the following: incorrect size, damaged or broken merchandise. Returns or Exchanges will be gladly accepted if the purchase is within 30 days and with a receipt. If it is passed thirty days we cannot offer any returns or exchanges.
If you plan to return or exchange merchandise please contact us at email@example.com or at 1-877-271-3278 and provide details concerning the return or exchange. Please provide the receipt number that is on the top of your invoice as well as all necessary contact information.
Shipping for all returns is the responsibility of the customer. The shipping must be dated within the 30 days of purchase. When returning the merchandise please include the item, packaging, and original tags.
The customer will be responsible for any additional cost if exchanging merchandise. Example the cost of shirts in 2XL and larger cost more than shirts sized SMALL to X-LARGE. If there is a cost difference you will be notified to provide credit card information to cover the cost.
All refunds will be credited to the credit card the merchandise was purchased on.
